You would think that the name “Robert Marshall Pitts Jr.” would make one think that he was a psychotherapist. But he was actually a hypnotist and he was very successful at his job. He was very well known for making people do just what they wanted to do and then he would give them a huge dose of hypnosis. This allowed them to get into a state of total relaxation and then he could convince them to do what he wanted them to do. It sounds quite interesting, doesn’t it?

I think that it is a shame that Bert’s work was not taken further. He was a wonderful hypnotist. It was a shame that he did not get the credit he deserved. He was a master at what he did and it was a wonder that he did not get the recognition that he deserved. If he had not been so successful as a hypnotist than his name would have been linked to other people who were equally as successful as him.

What is more, I think it would have been nice if some of his other books had become better known than what they already are. For example, a lot of people love his book, “The Secret.” A lot of people also enjoyed the first two movies that he wrote. If all of these books had made it to the big screen, than a lot of people wouldn’t be reading them. Perhaps someone could write one of his books and bring him some kind of monetary compensation. Maybe you could write a novel based on one of his books and then offer it to HBO to get him on their show “Sex and the City.”
