Addiction Treatment Options can range from a simple one-on-one conversation with a counselor or psychiatrist to outpatient programs like residential treatment center, outpatient rehab and inpatient treatment. There are many types of addiction treatments that are available for people of all ages and backgrounds. The type of treatment that is used depends on the type of addiction that the patient has. Alcoholism, cocaine, and marijuana are three of the most common addiction treatment options. Many different levels of treatment are available. The most common one is outpatient treatment. The other options include inpatient rehabilitation and residential treatment centers.
