The Clarice McGinnis-Tolbert Center for Healing and Wellness, located at 719 Main Street in Fairfield, AL is the headquarters of the Clarice McGinnis-Tolbert Center for Healing and Wellness. This center is an eight-week residential intensive treatment center that provides patients with a personalized treatment plan.

The center was founded by Clarice McGinnis-Tolbert in 1998 after she found herself struggling with drug addiction to alcohol. She was able to gain admission to a 12-step program and was able to quit drinking but not before losing her family and home. During her recovery, Clarice discovered that she had developed serious anxiety disorders that were out of control. After seeing many therapists and seeking a new way to deal with her problems, Clarice discovered that she was drawn to holistic therapy and holistic medicine. In 2020, Clarice opened the Clarice McGinnis-Tolbert Center for Healing and Wellness where she offers individual and couples treatment for patients who have a drug addiction and/or alcoholism. The Center provides its patients with a program that includes individual as well as group counseling as well as group and family support groups.

The Clarice McGinnis-Tolbert Center for Healing and Wellness also provides clients with a detoxification program. This detoxification program allows detoxification from drugs and alcoholism so that the patient can be free of both substances. This program also helps the patients to deal with their cravings and stressors as well as the depression and anxiety that often accompany drug and alcohol addiction and alcoholism. Detoxification also helps patients gain confidence and self esteem. The Clarice McGinnis-Tolbert Center for Healing and Wellness also offers therapeutic massage therapy and therapeutic yoga sessions as well as other therapeutic programs. In addition to detoxification and individual and couple treatment, the Center also offers many other therapies for patients with a substance abuse and/or alcoholism problem such as individual and group therapy, group and family support, acupuncture, meditation, aromatherapy, massage and yoga.
