Kathren York is an American psychotherapist, speaker, author, and professional speaker who specializes in the areas of relationship and intimacy issues. She has been the director of several therapy groups, including a one-day workshop that taught people how to make their own personalized relationship books, with an emphasis on helping people create intimacy and connection based on their values. She also has a B.A. in Counselor Education, specializing in human behavior and personality development.
